All files can be opened with Notepad
Vehicles.ide settings (...GTA San Andreas\data). Replace the default line with this one:

426, premier, premier, car, PREMIER, PREMIER, null, normal, 5, 0, 0, -1, 0.7, 0.7, 0

Handling.cfg settings (...GTA San Andreas\data). Replace the default line with this one:

Carcols.dat settings (...GTA San Andreas\data). Remove the default line and add this line in car4 section:

If you decided to install the mod as an Add-On:

All files can be opened with Notepad. The mod uses ID 907. Make sure it's free otherwise you have to change it to a free one.
You will need Fastman Limit Adjuster to add a new vehicle.
